RSMeans Business Solutions offers research and analysis specifically for the practice of cost engineering and facility management. Clients with building portfolios in US and international locations engage RSMeans for multi year agreements to model costs and to update models annually.

Over the past five years, Means Business Solutions consulted on a $1.5M project with the US Department of Energy (DOE) to develop sustainment models for its national building portfolio; provided third party validation cost engineering for the replacement of Charity Hospital in New Orleans affected by Hurricane Katrina; introduced Job Order Contracting (JOC) into non military markets; and developed Web-based dashboard analytics for construction market intelligence.

Clients include federal, state, municipal agencies, colleges and universities, international real estate developers, architects, contractors and construction managers, healthcare systems and corporations. All services offer clients quantitative cost analysis and cost monitoring solutions.
