Mark Mergenschroer is a BIM Development Coordinator for TME, Inc. TME, Inc. (TME) is a full service mechanical, electrical, structural, and energy engineering firm headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas with offices in Fayetteville, Arkansas; Tucson, Arizona; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Mergenschroer has more than 13 years of construction and engineering design experience. He has participated in the management and design of more than 30 MEPF BIM models. He is an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional, Autodesk Revit Certified Associate, and a NICET Certified Fire Protection Designer. Mr. Mergenschroer is also a member of the Autodesk Revit MEP Customer Research Team as well as a Developer and Consultant for MEP Content for SmartBIM Library by Reed Construction Data.
Dennis Neeley, AIA

Dennis Neeley has multiple experiences all focused upon the practice and automation of the architectural, engineering, construction and real estate professions. He has started and run several successful companies in these areas. He practiced architecture from 1970 to 1989 as a principal of the firm Neeley/Lofrano. He was managing partner of an 80 person construction/development company (residential and commercial projects) in the San Francisco region. He was the contributing editor of CADence magazine for 5 years, has written two books on CAD and has taught at UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon and the University of Washington. He is credited with being the driving force in bringing CAD to the architectural professions with the invention of AutoCAD AEC Architectural and Mechanical. He founded ASG that merged with Softdesk, the companies created over 30 CAD applications prior to being purchased by Autodesk.
