Ovidiu Cretu is the Cost Estimating and Risk Analysis Supervisor at Washington State Department of Transportation and founder of Cretu Group, LLC, a project and program risk management service provider. Ovidiu holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, as well as Mechanical and Civil Engineering PE licenses. He is a member of the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI), the Society of Risk Analysis (SRA), Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and co-author of the book, “Risk Management for Design and Construction.”
Ann Jones
Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at LexisNexis Risk Solutions
Ann Jones is the Senior Director of Product Innovation and Strategy at LexisNexis Screening Solutions in Atlanta, with 20 years related experience. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Ann was responsible for new market strategy and business development initiatives with the Equifax workforce solution division, formerly known as TALX. She holds a BA from Emory University and has a patent pending for IPTV service through AT&T.

He works with industry leading software companies to integrate and leverage RCD content.
