Economy is failing, what kind of an impact it has on your business?

In Chicagoland, housing market is in his hystoric lows right now. New construction developement has mostly being post poned for a year or so. Is this the lowest bottom we are hitting right now? Or, worst is yet to come? (Construction wise).
