Pricing for light commercial framing

I periodically try to update my data base regarding labor production rates and pricing. i am looking for feedback from contractors on how they estimate their pricing for metal stud framing. Example - Interior partitions - 3 5/8 20 gage partitions - Priced by the square foot or lineal foot based on the height? Is this price based on "your cost" or your "sell price"? Curtainwall - 6" 18 gage - Priced by the square foot or lineal foot based on the height? Is this price based on "your cost" or your "sell price"? All feedback is appreciated.
