SmartBIM Library Info elsewhere?

Is it possible to store the XML/JPG/DWF data that the SmartBIM Program uses somewhere besides in the folder with the RFAs? We have a rather extensive library and we don't have the SmartBIM program for everyone. The folders get rather muddied with all the extra files that accompany the software.
