Thomas Kesler has a combined 21 years of experience in sales and sales management with an emphasis on building strong customer and sales team results, and cultivating development and relationships.
Since joining Reed Construction Data, Thomas has had a direct impact on the company, utilizing his keen negotiating skills, an unique ability to problem-solve and the capacity to find ways to improve upon processes already in place.
Prior to his position with Reed Construction Data, he held a full range of positions in his ten years with Arrow Electronics. Starting as a field sales representative, he quickly excelled through several management positions, a regional director position, and finished his career with Arrow as vice president of sales. He handled sales and operations for eight business centers across the West, was accountable for a total revenue of over $300 million and more than 400 accounts.
