Jim Haughey
Jim has over thirty years experience as a business economist, including twenty years monitoring the construction market. He has previously worked in government, corporate and consulting roles and has taught at the University of Michigan, Ohio University, Michigan State University and the University of Massachusetts. He has a Ph.D. degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
Suzanne Mulvee
Suzanne Mulvee, Senior Real Estate Economist, advises a wide cross-section of clients, from national private and public equity companies, to pension funds, to debt, developers, and Fortune 500 companies. In designing strategies for investing in all aspects of the real estate market, she brings valuable knowledge of U.S. apartment, office, retail, and warehouse markets to clients and industry peers. She works to customize PPR's core research to suit specific investment criteria and helps clients to communicate portfolio performance and forward-looking strategies to their stakeholders. Mulvee is also responsible for leading research and forecasting of the performance of retail assets across the United States.

Alex Carrick
Alex Carrick carried out his undergraduate work at the University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario, Canada), then completed an M. A. in Economics and the first year towards a Doctorate at the University of Toronto. Since 1985, Alex has held the position of Chief Economist with Reed Construction Data’s CanaData, the leading supplier of statistics and forecasting information for the Canadian construction industry. Each fall, he oversees CanaData’s Annual Construction Forecast publication and updates the information throughout the year in the CanaData Forecaster newsletter (monthly).
Will Dunning
Will Dunning has 24 years of experience as a housing market analyst. He spent 16 years at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and has been a consultant for 8 years. In September 2000, he opened his own consulting company. Will provides economic analysis relating to housing markets, including project feasibility studies and expert witness testimony. His website – www.wdunning.com – provides “Housing Market Digest”, which is a monthly review of the housing market in the Greater Toronto Area, and other reports. Will has a BA in Economics (McGill University, 1979) and an MA in Economics (University of British Columbia, 1981).
