About the best thing, and it is not a small matter, that can be said for the U.S.  housing market is that many of the key indicators have moved a long way in the right direction to where recovery can begin. This report looks at some of the key factors that will determine future housing demand, including the level of unsold homes, existing- home sales prices and the currency shifts that are stimulating interest from foreign purchasers.
