Square Foot Estimator provides online access to the extensive RSMeans library of commercial building models and systems, and enables design professionals to quickly and easily calculate building costs. Users choose from 75 commercial building models and then specify building type, area, perimeter, number of stories, story height, framing and exterior walls. They can opt to use Means data for cost escalation, architect fees, and contractor overhead, or input their own percentages.
