Barracks Dormitory Space Design/Build Procurement That Will Renovate Existing Barracks Buildings 645 and 646 (1985-1988 Vintage) To Bring Them Up To Modified 1+1 Configuration. Job Description: Work Will Entail Reconfiguring 3 Buildings, Each With 44 Existing Rooms, To Provide Suites Of Two Semi-Private Sleeping Rooms And 1 Private Sleeping Room, Each With Its Built-In Closets. It Will Also Provide One Shared Bath And Service Area ( I.E. Counter, Sink, Micro-Wave Oven, And Mini-Refrigerator) And One Private Bath And Service Area. Additional Work Entails Painting Exterior Walls, Replacing Interior Wall Finishes, Replacing Ceiling, Flooring, Installing/Replacing Lighting Throughout Upgrading HVAC System, Replacing Plumbing System, Upgrading Electrical System, Installing/Replacing Fire Detection System, And Installing A New Building Fire Sprinkler System
