Community College Administrative, Office[s], Restroom Conversion Of Old Library Into Admin Building Interior Renovation & Seismic Upgrading Of The Main Floor With Minimal Modifications To The Lower Level To Support The New Structure. Although There Are Some Repair Modifications To The Roofing, The Building Footprint Remains Th Same. The Majority Of Existing Steel Columns On The Main Floor Will Be Removed Replaced By New Steel Columns That WIll Support A Combination Of Existing Bent Beams, New Structural Bases, & New Moment Frames. Existing Main FLoor Partition Walls Will Be Removed & New Partition Walls Will Be Built. The Utility/Restroom Core Will Be Kept Approx In The Same Location
