This Project Consists Of 270,000 SF Of Retail And Residential Development. It Includes Seven Acres Of Complete Site Development, Offsite Turn Lane And Signalization, Two Outlot Retail Buildings And A Residential Building. The Retail Portion Consists Of Two Outlots, One That Is Approximately 8,500 SF And The Other Is 6,500 SF. They Are Wood Construction With A Masonry And Stucco Facade And Shingled Roof. The Residential Portion Will Consist Of Two Floors Of Parking And Clubhouse And 4 Stories Of Residential Units. The Parking Will Be Precast Beams And Planks, With The Lower Level Exterior Wall Consisting Of Cast In Place Concrete And The Second Level Being CMU With Masonry Exterior. The Top 4 Residential Floors Will Be Wood Frame Construction With Masonry And Stucco Facade.
