Classroom[s], College, University - Miscellaneous The Hostos Community College Swing Space Project Consists Of Repairs, Renovations, And Alterations To Two Separate Buildings On The Campus To Be Completed In Two Phases. Phase I: 475 Grand Concourse Building Fourth Floor, Th Existing Dental Clinic And Classroom Will Be Gutted, Including Asbestos Abatement, And Replaced With 10 New Classrooms Averaging 500 Square Feet Each And A New Corridor. All Finishes, Mechanical, And Electrical Components Will Be Replaced And Upgraded In The New Spaces. Phase II Walton Trailer Site Number 5, The Existing Classrooms Will Be Moved To The New Ones In The Previous Phase And The Building Will Be Repaired And Upgraded. At The Walton Trailers, The Restrooms Will Be Gutted And Upgraded To Comply With Handicap Access, All Of Th Outer Windows Will Be Replaced, Floor Finishes Will Be Replaced In Select Rooms The Roof Will Be Repaired, And Other Minor Repairs And Upgrades Will Be Done To The Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
