Day Care Center, Government - Miscellaneous Building Addition To NFATC Will Accommodate Variety Of Administrative, Instructional, Multipurpose & Storage Space Totaling Approximately 133,000 Gross Square Feet Constructed As Two Interconnected 3 & 4-Story Buildings Basic Exterior Materials Are Brick, Precast Concrete Panels & Glass, Portion Of Renovation Will Be Required At Point Where New & Existing Buildings Meet As Wel As Renovation Work In The Existing Central Plant Building Several Options Have Been Identified That May Be Exercised At Discretion Of The GSA. Options Are As Follows: Option I:Provide An Addition & Renovation To Detached Childcare Facility. This One-Story Addition Represents Approximately 9,200 Gross Ft Of Classroom & Support Space For Childcare Facility. Basic Exterior Material Is Wood. Option II: Provide Redevelopment Of Portion Of Existing Site For Approximately 120 On-Grade Parking Spaces Option III:Provide Classroom Audio Visual Systems Option IV:Provide Addition & Renovation To Detached Visitor Center. This One-Story Addition Represents Approximately 4,000 Gross Ft Of Assembly Space. The Basic Exterior Material Is Brick. Option V:Provide Addition & Renovation To Dining Facility. This One-Story Addition Represents Approximately 1,600 Gross Ft Of Assembly Space. The Basic Exterior Materials Are Brick & Glass Option VI:Provide Approximately 10,500 Gross Ft Of Finished Interior Construction. Childcare Addition & Renovation Portion Of Project Are Being Designed To Meet LEED Certification To Silver Level
