The Addition To CTLM Is A New, 24,000 GSF High Tech Classroom, Office & Computer LAb Building. Building Addition Is Connected To The Original CTLm Building By A Bridge & Tunnel. The Facility Will House The Department Of Academic Computing Including Classrooms, Offices, A Computer Lab And Computer Repair Facilites. Consist Of Drilled Concrete Caissons, Concrete Foundation Walls At The Basement Level & Steel Frame Superstructure. Building Will Be Served By An Existing Chiller Plant & Central Campus Steam System. Steam & Chilled Water Will Be Routed To The New Building Via Extension From The CTLM Utility Tunnel. Building Will House a Basement Mechanincal Room As Well As A Large Air Handler & Chiller On The Roof
