Bridge[s] & Culvert[s], Sidewalk[s], Curb[s], Gutter[s], Electrical Work, Pavement Markers Project consists of the construction of a pedestrian culvert 48'-6" out to out head walls under three tracks of the Union Pacific Railroad, sidewalk removal and replacement, lighting, storm sewer installation and all incidental work as necessary to complete the project located between Davis Street and Northwest Highway (U.S. Route 14) near Kensington Road in the Village of Arlington Heights; includes 275 cu yds earth excavation; 200 cu yds remove and dispose of unsuitable material; 100 cu yds porous granular embankment; 250 cu yds aggregat base type B; 1,400 sq ft PCC sidewalk 5"; 950 sq ft sidewalk removal; 18 cu yds concrete removal; 30,900 lbs reinforcement bars epoxy coated; 30 ft combination curb and gutter; 160 cu yds concrete box culvert; 20 sq yds pavement replacement; 200 cu yds special waste disposal; 40 ft storm sewer (water main requirements) 12"; 147 ft conduit in trench 3" galvanized steel; 80 ft pipe underdrains 6"; 2,380 sq ft clear protective coating for concrete; 104 ft pedestrian railing; 134 ft thermoplastic pavement marking line; special waste testing; 500 sq ft concrete form liner; 190 sq yds topsoil furnish and place; 190 sq yds sodding; 8 ft light pole foundation; traffic control and protection.
