Marine Work, Water Piping, Sewage Piping South Harbor Float Installation And Unplands Improvement At The Seward Small Boat Harbor. Includes, Install 26,775 Square Feet Of Owner-Furnished Timber Float System And Steel Piling. Furnish And Install On-Float Potabble Water, Sanitary Sewer, Electrical, And Fire Protection Systems. Furnish And Install A New Aluminum Gangway And Timber Access Trestle Including 6 New Steel Piling. Furnish And Install New Upland Sewer And Water Main Extensions About 1000 Ft From The Street Main To The Trestle Approach Including A New Potable Water Backflow Preventer, Fire Hydrant, Sewer Lift Station And Manhole, And Stub-Outs For A New Restroom Building (Provided By Others); Provide A Waste Collection Area Including A 500-Gal tank And A 87 Sqft Tank Shelter/Building And Associate Concrete Containment Area; Provide Material And Grading To Construct A 800 Ft Long x 26 Ft Wide Gravel Access Road, And Other Upland Improvement Items.
