Water Treatment Salient features of the project include installation of a pumping facility and intake structure set into the south bank of the Colorado River along the alignment of 29 Road in Grand Junction, Colorado. The pumping facility shall consist of twin vertical turbine pumps with a capacity to deliver 3142 GPM at 230 ft TDH. Facility will also include installation of controls, weather tight control housing, electrical supply and pump discharge pipeline. Discharge pipeline is composed of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 24 C-905 Class 165 PVC pressure pipe and associated appurtenances. The pipe line will discharge into an existing 27 PVC irrigation pipeline. This project is scheduled for construction during late fall/winter 2007.
