Project Description
proposed renovations to the arena to include a second floor mezzanine. Phases One and Two, construction of the Waste Heat Recovery Building, and mechanical and electrical alterations to the existing building were completed in 2006. Phase Three will reflect the construction of the exercise room. This report will now only follow Phase Four of the project.
