Construction of A New Campus For Gateway Community College. The New Facility With About 360,000 Gross Square Feet Of Space Will Accommodate The Consolidated Functions And Programs Of The College. That Includes Classrooms, Laboratories, Academic And Administrative Offices, A Library, Study Areas, General Use Space (Such As, Dining, Bookstore, Day Care, Student Activities), And Support Services (Such As, Storage, Mailroom, Media Production, Etc.). In Addition, There Will Be A 600 Space Parking Garage On The Site. There Will Also Be An Additional 600 Spaces Available In The Temple Street Garage.
