College, University - Miscellaneous Remodeling & Expansion Of The Elmwood Commons Center Building To Provide Office & Support Spaces Including Complete Interior Renovation, New HVAC System, Replacing/Upgrading Plumbing & Electrical Systems & New Fire Sprinkler System In general the work consists of: Two-story building addition of approximately 11,500 gross square feet including concrete foundations, concrete and structural steel framing, exterior enclosure, masonry walls, mechanical/electrical systems, fire protection and interior finishes; and remodeling of approximately 31,000 square feet of existing building area including interior and exterior demolition, new mechanical/electrical and fire protection systems, interior finishes, and sitework.
