Project Description
Governmental Office[s] Modernization of Federal Office Building 8, 200 C Street SW, Washington DC. The scope of the project includes partial demolition, base building construction and tenant fit-out. During construction, the contractor shall ensure that the existing chilled water plant, which feeds an adjacent occupied building, operates without interruption. GSA will continue to maintain this system throughout the construction performance period. The contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and must plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all construction to meet GSA and client agency requirements. The contractor will perform the construction in accordance with the design specifications, drawings and terms and conditions of the contract.
