Project Description

Military - Miscellaneous This project is to convert Building #249 and renovate it to a modified design company operations facility. This project includes two Company Operations Facilities (COF), with administrative readiness modules, building information systems, connection to energy monitoring control systems (EMCS) and installation of an intrusion detection system. Supporting facilities include utilities, electrical service, exterior lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, paving, walks, curbs, information systems, and power distribution extension service. Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services are also required. The repair portion of this project is to restore exterior elements of the deteriorated and historic brick of the facility and the repair of both domestic hot water and LP boilers. Work will include roofing, windows, exterior doors & paving for roads and sidewalks surrounding the building and installation of domestic hot water boilers and low pressure heating boilers in the basement, landscaping, and lighting. Work will include repairs of chimneys, pointing up of exterior faade to resemble original construction.
