Military - Miscellaneous The Wyoming Air National Guard located at Cheyenne, WY and the USPFO for Wyoming intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete C-130 Squadron Operations Facility Project DPEZ 019148 & 059138 (BRAC) for the 153rd Airlift Wing in Cheyenne, WY. The C-130 Squadron Operations Facility Project includes, but is not limited to site construction, concrete, masonry, metal, wood and plastic, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, mechanical and electrical work.
