Project Description
Water Treatment,Sewage Treatment Replacement of Water Storage Tanks and Pump Stations; 1. North Water Tank Replacement (Airport Tank) Demolition, removal, and disposal of an existing forty-five foot (45) diameter by twenty-one foot (21) tall concrete storage tank (0.40 ) with controls, under tank piping, tank foundation ring wall, support bed, interior and exterior coating, approximately eighty linear feet (80 LF) of twelve-inch (12) DIP waterline, site grading, and miscellaneous appurtenance for a complete and functional system. 2. Airport Booster Pump Station Pump Replacement Removal and disposal of two (2) existing vertical turbine pumps from an existing pump station and replacement with two (2) new vertical turbine pumps and controls including piping, valves, fittings and building appurtenances. 3. Reserve Water Tank Replacement Demolition of two (2) existing concrete storage tanks: Ninety-eight foot (98) diameter by twenty-one foot (21) tall; and, sixty-six foot (66) diameter by twenty-one foot (21) tall. Construction of one (1) seventy-six foot (76) diameter by twenty-four foot (24) tall steel water storage take (0.75 MG) with controls, under tank piping, tank foundation ring wall, support bed, interior and exterior coating, approximately one hundred forty linear feet (140 LF) of sixteen-inch (16) DIP yard piping, site grading, and miscellaneous appurtenances for a complete and functional system. Coordination and sequencing with construction and startup of Reserve Pump Station. 4. Reserve Pump Station Replacement Demolition and disposal of an existing concrete block (CMU) pump station (sixteen foot by twenty-six foot (16 x26)) and salvaging of a single vertical turbine pump, valves, and appurtenances. Construction of new fabricated steel pump station (twenty-two foot by thirty foot (22 x 30)), approximately two hundred seventy five linear feet (275 LF) of sixteen-inch (16) and two hundred linear feet (200 LF) of twelve-inch (12) DIP yard piping, installation of two (2) new horizontal split case pumps, associated controls and piping systems, including valves, fittings, and appurtenances, exterior site work and grading, and coordination and sequencing with construction and startup of Reserve Water Tank.
