Project Description
In general the work consists of a 191,000 sq. ft., four story building for classroom and office use. It will be supported on concrete spread footings and have a steel frame structure and a metal deck/concrete slab flooring system. Exterior walls include brick, cast stone and aluminum framed glazing. Interior construction will primarily be metal stud and gypsum board partitions with acoustical tile ceilings, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, carpet tile, and sealed concrete floors. Exterior site work will include paving and landscaping. All trades, including fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical will be required.
