Project Description
Hospital,Clinics Provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and services for the construction of an approximately 24,000 SF building for a 24 Bed Mental Health Inpatient Care Unit. The building will be slab on grade, 1-story and penthouse and of steel construction. The building will be located away from main hospital building and connected by a connecting corridor. Project work includes general construction, mechanical and electrical work, painting, carpentry and finishes, infection control measures and other related work as required by the solicitation
