College, University - Miscellaneous Contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision to complete Project 635-09-201 Renovate Human Resources Department (HRD), located at the OU Health Sciences Center, University Hospitals Trust, Garrison Tower, 940 Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73126. Work will consist of remodeling the existing leased space located in the Second Floor of the building. Area of construction is approximately 6,150 square feet. Work will consist of general demolition of the existing spaces and construction of new offices, storage areas, kitchenette, and entry porch to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing work
