Project Description
Military - Miscellaneous This is a Design/Bid/Build request for proposal for the construction of an Army Reserve Center near the intersection of Gordon Avenue and U.S. Highway 77 in San Patricio County, Sinton, Texas. Construct the new approximately 215 member Army Reserve Center (ARC) consisting of an approximately 31,895 square (SF) Training Center with a combined 4,874 square foot Organizational Maintenance Shop building with an attached 1,217 square foot Unheated Storage building. The buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Supporting facilities will include site preparation, paving, fencing, and extension of utilities to serve the project.
