Project Description
Clinics The work includes; the gut renovation of two areas in Building One; Wing 1A which is approximately 7,900 square feet in area and the seventh floor of approximately 7,800 square feet in area; the construction of a new 8,600 square foot building for administrative purposes, site work related to the new building; and a new 60 car parking lot. The renovation of the first floor, Wing 1A, includes an outpatient pharmacy, storage facilities, related administrative offices, specialty clinic rooms circulation spaces with all plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection. The renovation of the seventh floor includes administrative offices for the VAMC management team including circulation spaces, and all plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection. The work also includes the construction of a new two-story administration building. The new building is of a masonry veneer, steel frame structure and includes, offices, storage facilities, horizontal and vertical circulation spaces, toilet facilities, all plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection. The work for the construction of the 60 car parking area includes site drainage, lighting, and access to the existing roadway network.
