Project Description
Water Treatment,Water Piping,Sewage Piping,Sewage Treatment Expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant from 10 mgd to 14 mgd MMADF. Construction includes replacement of two drum screen units addition of a pump and the rehabilitation of an influent pump station modifications of four (4) biological nutrient removal (BNR) units partial replacement of the RAS/WAS/scum pumping one new ABW filter (or multiple disk filter replacement Alternate Bid) modifications of the existing post aeration/chlorine contact basins chemical feed and storage facilities addition of a reject storage pond with a reject drain pump station addition of an aerobic digester replacement of the digested sludge transfer pumps replacement of two (2) dewatering belt filter presses addition of utility parts and trailer-mounted equipment storage buildings and a belt press operator room modification of former gas chlorination building minor modifications to existing four (4) aerobic digesters cleaning and painting of soda ash silo cleaning and painting of ceiling and ceiling joist system in the existing blower room addition of a fuel storage and dispensing facility electrical and instrumentations and SCADA upgrade addition of two (2) new emergency generators four (4) new motor control center buildings additional service entrance switch gear fencing gates security camera system site work meters composite samplers piping and valves and related facilities and miscellaneous appurtenances.
