Project Description
environmentally friendly project to house the Engineering program which will include heat recovery systems, displacement ventilation; the spaces include one 350-seat lecture theatre and one 150-seat lecture theatre fully fitted for video conferencing, teaching and computer labs and faculty offices; will include but not be limited to site preparation, architectural, mechanical, electrical including certified data cabling to each room, site services, a/v and landscaping. This project also includes research space. The work will include all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, site services, landscaping, IT and AV systems required to complete the building. The LEED Gold designed building will provide a state of the art facility that will accommodate academic needs in undergraduate, graduate and research programs, and will serve as an interface with businesses through the establishment of an industrial courtyard.
