College, University - Miscellaneous The modernization project includes, but it not limited to, installation of a new microprocessor based controllers and associated operating devices, new closed-loop door operators, new car door tracks, hangers and rollers, new hoistway door tracks, new hoistway door rollers and door locks with associated door clutch rollers, new operating fixtures and car operating panels, new wiring, selected hoistway equipment, all code-required building work resulting from the modernization of the elevator equipment and in some buildings, hydraulic cylinders, and pump units.
