Project Description
Courthouse Administrative,Closet,Computer,Courthouse,Courtroom,Dressing/Changing,Judge's Chamber,Jury Room,Lounge,Office[s],Records Storage,Restroom,Security,Storage Court Addition Work Under This Contract Will Include Three (3) Construction Phases. Phase 1 Will Include The demolition Of The Existing Maintenance Garage, Disconnecting/Capping Of Existing Located Utilities & Reworking & Relocating Of These Utilities. Phase 2 Will Consist Of Constructing The New (3) Story Addition To Include All Necessary Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Work. Phase 3 Will Include The Abatement Removals, Providing Opening Protections, Renovations To The Existing Courthouse & New Ramp Entrance Located At The Southwest Side Of The Existing Building. The Foregoing Is A General Outline Of Work Only & Shall Not Be Construed As A Complete Description Of The Work To Be Performed Under The Contract.
