Coast Mountain maintenance/repair facility will cover approx 230,000 sq ft; BCIT's training facility will be in an adjoining bldg of 100,000 sq ft; both will share a cafeteria & gym area; the joint heavy maintenace & training facility will provide the training & the technicians to repair heavy equipment related to the transportation industry.
