Project Description
Construction includes TJI structure roof and floor, wood frame walls, and concrete grade beam on pier & pad foundation. Exterior finishes include fibre cement siding and prefinished metal roof. Major parts of the building include the community & preventative health wing on the north, community spaces in the centre, primary care wing on the south, and visitor's accommodations on the south-east corner, with ancillary buildings on the south. The approximate building gross area is 1,140 sq m (12,300 sq ft). The project is pursuing LEED certification.
