Project Description
Rehabilitation Center Construction of an addition to existing Building H and an addition to Building E; Building H addition consists of a pre-engineered building with standing seam metal roof set on cavity wall construction consisting of concrete masonry unit backup and decorative CMU veneer. Building H includes operable aluminum windows and insulated overhead doors. Building E addition consists of cavity wall construction with concrete masonry unit backup with decorative CMU veneer; precast concrete roof system with ballasted EPDM roof membrane; insulated overhead door; and new dock seals and dock bumpers.
