Project Description
Marine Work Construction of the Wyeth Site under the Columbia River Treaty Fishing Access Project. This site is located on the Oregon shore approximately 10 miles west of Hood River. This requires a contractor with capabilities and experience in design and construction. The primary requirement in this solicitation is design and construction of a large span bridge (minimum 130-feet span) over an active Railroad (existing 3 lines)., Other work shall include in-water work including but not limited to a boat ramp, dock, and wave protection works in the Columbia River, upland site development; roadway, parking, campsites. There will be no mechanical or electrical work on this project. Detailed specification will be inclusive in the solicitation package.
