The Sports Complex Will Include Vehicular Parking, Press Box Accommodations, Concessions & Public Restrooms. The Renovation Of An Existing 16,800 Sq. Ft. Building Into An Athletic Field House & The Design & Construction Of A New 20k - 40k Sq. Ft. Facility House For The Self Regional Health Care's Wellness Program Are Also Included In The Project Scope Applicable Professional Services For The Design & Construction Of A New 20k - 40k Sq. Ft. Facility. Applicable Professional Services For The Renovation Of An Existing 16,800 Sq. Ft. Facility Into A Sports Field House. Applicable Professional Services For The Design & Construction Of A Multi-Sport Complex Complete With Press Box, Concessions, Rest-Rooms & Parking.
