Project Description
Courthouse The project includes renovation and expansion of the main lobby entrance of the building. The lobby improvements will implement a new energy efficient entrance vestibule with energy efficient lighting fixtures inside and under the loggia and exterior glazing. Lighting fixtures in the parking garage and stairwells will be replaced with energy efficient fixtures. Lighting upgrades will be made in the loggia soffit area, stairwells, and in the parking garage.
