Park Building,Park[s], Landscaping The Work For This Project Includes The Construction Of A New City Park That Will Provide Passive Walking & Resting Space Adjacent To The City's Historic Neon Boneyard, The Park Will Include Lighting, Benches, Shade Canopy, Landscape, Irrigation & New Signage, Work Will Also Include Construction Of New Block Walls Around The Site & Provide Light Grading & New Ground Cover To The Sites That Will House The Neon Signs, This Work Will Require The Safe Removal, Handling, Transportation & Temporary Storage Of Existing Neon Signs By A Pre-Approved Sign Company As Determined By The City Of Las Vegas (Reference SP 200.02.03) & Replacing Them To Their Final Location As Determined By The City, The Neon Boneyard Park Project Is Located On The North & South Side Of McWilliams Avenue, East Of Las Vegas Boulevard North, Offsite Improvements Are Included With This Project, Including New Roadway Construction, Sidewalk, Curb, Gutter & Public Street Lights
