Project Description
Fire Station This project includes the renovation of the existing 6,690 square foot firehouse and a new 3,861 square foot addition on one level with concrete foundation and masonry veneer. This project also involves, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement of the existing firehouse and relocation of a storage shed. Mechanical work consists of new and upgraded energy efficient air handlers, condensing units, VAV boxes, new water efficient plumbing systems, new and upgraded electrical fixtures and systems and associated civil, structural, plumbing and electrical scopes of work.
