Project Description
College, University - Miscellaneous Activity,Lounge New construction and major remodel of the Memorial Union & Bookstore. The building consists of a mixture of new construction at approximately 27,500 SF and major remodel at approximately 29,000 SF. Both existing and new space will be used as a Student Bookstore to house textbooks, tradebooks, school supplies, clothing, a café, computer lounge, retail space, office space and recreational games. Work will occur on basement, ground and second floor levels. The existing Bookstore building is located in the heart of campus, directly adjacent to active and occupied student services buildings including the Memorial Union and Coffee House Food Service
