Xypex FCM 40 is a 2-part product that consists of a specialized liquid polymer dispersion and cementitious powder, mixed just prior to application. Often used in conjunction with Xypex Crystalline Concrete Waterproofing and Protection System, FCM 40 is ideal for repairing cracks subject to movement, sealing construction joints and waterproofing concrete structures. Its excellent adhesive and elongation characteristics make it ideal for applications such as construction joints, concrete block walls, balconies, water treatment facilities, water tanks and marine structures.
