Mobilex® is a high-performance, impeccably engineered, high density mechanical mobile shelving system that provides endless options for custom storage applications. This carriage, gear and rail system is designed to accommodate many shelving or storage systems, including 4-Post (SmartShelf), Cantilever (Aetnastak), Case-Type (Cabinet Style) and semi-industrial Long Span Shelving (4D Wide Span). Where vast amounts of storage are needed in a finite space, the Mobilex system can provide endless customizable solutions.

QuadraMobile Expandable and Modular Storage Systems
QuadraMobile systems are modular, expandable and portable. Designed to expand in all four directions, they can be configured and reconfigured easily and efficiently. Single and double access styles are available, and manual, mechanical or electrical operation allows systems to be moved easily and effortlessly via crank handle or keypad. Systems are provided standard with pre-assembled modular carpeted floor that is easily installed to prevent damage to existing flooring. Accommodates Montel SmartShelf shelving with shelves available plain or slotted and adjustable at 1" and 1.5" increments.

SAFERAK™ Industrial Mobile Storage Systems
Developed specifically for industrial environments, SAFERAK™ dramatically increases storage capacity. Incorporation of SAFERAK systems can transform as much as 65% of existing storage space into usable space for production. Applications include aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, energy, military, pharmaceutical and printing applications.

The system can be programmed for gentle start-up, smooth cruising speed and soft braking movement. Adjustable infrared distance measuring sensors allow easy adjustment to spacing between closed carriages and allow necessary clearances to accommodate and protect objects that may overhang the racking.

SAFERAK is offered in three models:

• SAFERAK™ 16 – Load capacity of 16,000 lb; can be mounted on existing concrete slabs
• SAFERAK™ 32 – Load capacity of 32,000 lb; can be mounted on existing concrete slabs
• SAFERAK™ 60 – Load capacity of 60,000 lb

SafeAisle™ High-Density Powered Mobile Storage Systems
SafeAisle™ is an innovative mobile high-density storage system designed to maximize valuable floor space in applications including business, military, education, public safety, museums, industrial facilities, healthcare and retail. SafeAisle accepts virtually any shelving/storage component and related accessory, including trays, drawers, bins, doors, lockers and filing cabinets. The system can be programmed for gentle start-up, smooth cruising speed and soft braking movement. Electronic overload protection shuts off the motor when excessive pressure is applied against a carriage.

With its revolutionary complete aisle-detection LED Guard Technology™, SafeAisle prevents any carriage movement when a user, or even a small object, is located anywhere within the aisle. User-friendly dual access controls allow the system to be accessed from either end of the aisle. A mechanical ratchet ensures complete accessibility, even in the event of a power failure.

WIRED® High-Density Powered Storage Systems
Designed for modern workplace environments, WIRED® is a high-density system for storing virtually anything - archives, artifacts, athletic equipment, blueprints, books, boxes, bulk items, files, media, office supplies, police evidence, specimens, tools, weapons and more - using less space. The system can be programmed from the main menu to meet site-specific needs, and controls are user-friendly and provided in English, French and Spanish.

WIRED carriages accommodate several Montel shelving systems and accept virtually any type of storage, including existing shelving and cabinets. Wiring is concealed in the PowerTrack™ floor track, and plug-in power allows easy installation that does not require a certified electrician. An LCD safety display signals when people or objects are in an open aisle.

WIRED is available with a variety of options, including battery backup; the ability to integrate with facility fire, sprinkler, lighting and alarm security systems; anti-tip aluminum sub-rail for stability; PIN-controlled access; magnetic access card reader; and ePulse™ Remote Monitoring Software for access via personal computer.
