PREMagMPC™ cement components
PREMagMPC – PART A when reacted in the proper proportions with PREMagMPC – PART B forms magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) when blended with water. MC cements provide strong and durable binder systems for a wide variety of construction products for both internal and external use. This binder system sets very quickly, gains strength quickly and binds tenaciously with a wide variety of substrates such as concrete, metals, wallboard, asphalt and wood making it an ideal material for quick-setting mixes and mortars, and shotcrete applications.

PREMagMPC™ PGDM cement
PREMagMPC PGDM is a fully formulated rapid setting cement that was designed for use in shotcrete applications and quick-setting patching material. The material is ready-to-use, just add water at a ratio of 30-35% of the mix weight, e.g. for each 100 lbs of PREMagMPC PGDM add 30-35 lbs of water. Material will harden in 15-30 minutes, much shorter when shotcreted. This cement is non-shrinking and will bind to a wide variety of substrates proving protection against acid attack, fire and mold.
