H-Shield Premier

H-Shield Premier is a rigid roof insulation panel composed of a closed cell 1" polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to an extra durable heavy duty coated glass facer on each side. Its applications include:

  • Constructions requiring UL Class A ratings
  • Single-Ply Roof Systems (Ballased, Mechanically Attached and Fully Adhered)
  • Modified Bitumen
  • Built-Up Roofing: Asphalt and Coal Tar Systems


H-Shield, Low slope

H-Shield is a rigid roof insulation panel with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, surrounded on each side with fiber-reinforced facers. Its applications include:

  • Constructions requiring FM Class 1 and Class A ratings
  • Single-ply roof systems, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Standing seam metal roof systems
  • Modified bitumen systems
  • Built-up roofing: asphalt and coal tar


H-Shield CG, Low slope

H-Shield CG is a flat rigid roof insulation panel, consisting of a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to a premium performance-coated glass facer. Its applications include:

  • Single-ply membranes, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered, BUR, modified bitumen, coal tar
  • Direct application to steel decks


H-Shield NB, Low slope & Steep Slope

This rigid roof insulation composite panel has a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, bonded online to fiber-reinforced facers on one side and either 7/16" or 5/8" oriented strand board (OSB) on the other side. It is available with FSC-certified OSB or plywood (special order). H-Shield NB can also be manufactured offline using an FM-approved gluing adhesive. Suited for commercial and residential new construction and re-roofing projects, its uses include:

  • H-Shield NB with 7/16" OSB - Heavyweight shingles and standing seam metal roof systems
  • H-Shield NB with 5/8" OSB - Tile and slate roof systems
  • Single-ply roof systems - Ballasted, mechanically attached, fully adhered


H-Shield WF, Low slope

H-Shield WF is a rigid roof insulation panel, consisting of a closed-cell polyiso foam core, with fiber-reinforced facers on one side and 1/2" (12 mm) asphalt-coated, high-density wood fiberboard on the other side. Approved for all major roof covering systems, its applications include:

  • Projects requiring FM Class 1 and UL Class A ratings
  • Single-ply roof systems, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Modified bitumen systems
  • Built-up roofing: asphalt and coal tar


H-Shield HD, Low slope

Manufactured on-line using premium, performance-coated glass facers, this 1/2" (12 mm) thick, high density polyisocyanurate insulation panel is designed specifically for use as a cover board. The 1/2" (12 mm) profile has an R-value of 2.5– a rating significantly higher than roof cover boards made with materials such as woodfiber or gypsum. Approved for all major roof covering systems, its uses include:

  • Single-ply roof systems, including mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Modified bitumen systems


H-Shield HD Composite CG, Low slope

This composite insulation panel is made of a 1/2" high density polyiso cover board, laminated during the manufacturing process to H-Shield CG rigid polyiso roof insulation. It can be used for new construction and retrofit commercial roofing projects that require high thermal efficiency and maximum durability.


Cool-Vent, Steep slope

Cool-Vent is a venting composite insulation board, engineered with NexGen Chemistry™. This 4 x 8 panel of rigid polyiso has a middle layer of solid wood spacers and a top layer of APA/TECO-rated OSB or plywood. Designed for commercial or residential use on slopes of 3:12 or greater, Cool Vent applications include:

  • Shingle, slate, tile, metal roof systems
  • Non-insulated cathedral and vaulted ceilings
  • Exposed ceiling designs
  • Log homes
  • Post and beam constructions


Tapered H-Shield

Tapered H-Shield is a sloped rigid roof insulation panel with a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, bonded on-line to fiber-reinforced facers. It is designed to promote positive drainage and prevent ponding water for major roof covering systems for the following:

  • Constructions requiring FM Class 1 and UL Class A ratings
  • Single-ply roof systems, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Modified bitumen systems
  • Built-up roofing: asphalt and coal tar


Tapered H-Shield CG

Tapered H-Shield CG is a rigid roof insulation panel, made of a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, laminated on-line to a premium-performance coated glass facer. Uses include:

  • Single-ply roof systems, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Steel deck construction


Tapered H-Shield WF

Tapered H-Shield WF is a rigid roof insulation panel, consisting of a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core with fiber-reinforced facers on one side and 1/2"(12 mm) asphalt-coated, high-density wood fiberboard on the other side. Tapered H-Shield WF is designed to promote positive drainage and prevent ponding water. Uses include:

  • Constructions requiring FM Class 1 and UL Class A ratings
  • Single-ply roof systems, including ballasted, mechanically attached and fully adhered
  • Modified bitumen systems

H-Shield Straight Cut, Metal Roofing - Flute Fill

H-Shield Straight Cut is a rigid roof insulation panel, consisting of a closed-cell polyiso foam core with fiber-reinforced facers on each side. Available in sizes customized to the roofing or building application, H-Shield Straight Cut uses include:

  • Over standing seam metal retrofit systems to be recovered with a new roofing system
  • As a custom flute filler in steel deck or acoustical deck applications
  • In masonry applications


H-Shield Bevel Cut, Metal Roofing - Flute Fill

H-Shield Bevel Cut is a rigid roof insulation panel, made of a closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core, with fiber-reinforced facers on each side and edges cut at a beveled angle. Available in custom sizes to suit varied roofing and building applications, its uses include:

  • Fits the width of the bottom of the flute in a metal retrofit system, filling the void
  • As a custom flute filler in steel deck or acoustical deck applications

Hinged Target Sump

The Hunter Panels Hinged Target Sump is an 8' x 8' Hinged Drain Sump, shipped in one piece that unfolds to its full size. The Hinged Target Sump helps eliminate the waste generated from field-fabricated sumps, reducing dumpster and waste disposal fees and helping to save the environment.




Hunter Xci Polyiso Wall Panels

Hunter Panels Xci Polyiso products meet the continuous insulation standards prescribed in ASHRAE 90.1-2010 and IECC 2012 for commercial exterior wall applications and IBC Building Code Chapter 26. Hunter Panels Xci Ply

Hunter Panels Xci Ply is a high thermal resistive rigid insulation panel, made of closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core, with a fiber-reinforced facer on one side and 5/8" or 3/4" APA/TECO-rated, fire-treated plywood on the other side. The panels offer both high insulating properties and nailable surface for use as exterior continuous insulation in a wall assembly. Uses include:

    Suitable substrate for fiber cement siding, masonry, metal and composite cladding systems
  • Suitable for new construction and retrofit on both commercial and exterior walls
  • Provides continuous insulation (ci) for standard wood frame, steel stud, CMU and masonry cavity exterior wall construction


Hunter Panels Xci CG

Hunter Panels Xci CG is a high thermal, rigid building insulation composed of a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core with a premium performance coated glass facer. Designed to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope, its uses include:

  • Provides continuous insulation (ci) for standard wood frame, steel stud, CMU and masonry cavity exterior wall construction
  • Suitable for new construction and retrofit on both commercial and exterior walls


Hunter Panels Xci Foil

Xci Foil is a high thermal, rigid building insulation composed of a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to a foil facing material. Designed for commercial cavity wall applications, it provides continuous insulation within the building envelope.

  • Provides continuous insulation (ci) for standard wood frame, steel stud, CMU and masonry cavity exterior wall construction

Hunter Xci Class A

Xci Class A is a fire-rated insulation panel with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to reinforced foil facers.

  • Can be installed directly on steel studs in a variety of wall assemblies without the need for gypsum sheathing
  • Flame Spread <25 per ASTM E84
