ALPOLIC Aluminum Composite Panel (ACM) is a lightweight, rigid, bendable and durable aluminum composite panel widely used as an interior and exterior wall cladding in commercial, transportation, education and other applications. It offers flexibility in design through a wide variety of fabrication techniques, including panels into curves, angles and pan configurations. ALPOLIC panels consist of a thermoplastic core sandwiched between two face sheets of 0.019" (0.5 mm) thick aluminum 3105 H14 alloy or an equivalent.

ALPOLIC® TCM AND ALPOLIC® SCM
ALPOLIC® Titanium Composite Material (TCM) and Stainless Steel Composite Material (SCM) panels are widely used as interior and exterior wall cladding in commercial, transportation, education and other applications. These panels offer flexibility in design through a wide variety of fabrication techniques.
TCM and SCM are composite materials newly developed by Mitsubishi Plastics, Inc. TCM is 4 mm thick and is composed of a 3.4 mm thick noncombustible mineral filled core sandwiched between a surface skin of titanium 0.3 mm thick and backside skin of stainless steel 0.3 mm thick. SCM is also 4 mm thick and is composed of a 3.4 mm thick noncombustible mineral filled core sandwiched between two 0.3 mm thick stainless steel sheets.
The TCM panel has a titanium dull finish while the SCM panel is available in a stainless steel polished, dull or hairline finish.
ALPOLIC®/fr Fire-Resistive Panels are used for cladding of commercial, transportation, education and other buildings. They are manufactured, fabricated and installed to withstand stress from deflection and thermal movement and to maintain performance criteria stated by the manufacturer.
ALPOLIC/fr Fire-Resistive Panels are composed of a 3 or 5 mm thick, mineral filled core material sandwiched between two face sheets of 0.019" (0.5 mm) thick aluminum 3105 H14 alloy, or an equivalent and meet performance characteristics specified when fabricated into composite assembly. ALPOLIC/fr panels are available with fluoropolymer and polyester coatings. The fluoropolymer finish is a Lumiflon® based resin. Lumiflon-based fluoropolymer resin coatings meet or exceed values expressed in AAMA 2605 where relevant to coil coatings. Stainless steel and titanium finishes are available.
