Product Description, Applications
ALPOLIC panels can easily be bent or curved and still maintain a smooth, rigid and monolithic surface to allow unlimited design of building forms and detailed open or flush joints. The rout and return dry joint system provides a high tech look and eliminates the need to caulk joints. Glazed-in and custom systems can also be achieved.

Composition, Finishes
ALPOLIC metal composite panels are composed of a thermoplastic core and 2 face sheets of 3105-H14 aluminum alloy, 0.019" (0.5 mm) thick. ALPOLIC/fr is composed of a mineral filled fire-resistive thermoplastic core in place of a thermoplastic core. ALPOLIC and ALPOLIC/fr panels are available in a range of widths from 32" – 62" (813 – 1575 mm), in lengths from 6' – 24' 2" (2 – 7 m) and in thicknesses of 0.118", 0.157" and 0.236" (3, 4 and 6 mm).

The panels are available in a wide variety of finishes and colors:

• Lumiflon® – AAMA 2605 compliant; premium grade fluoropolymer finish; outstanding weatherability; dull sheen to high gloss levels; vibrant colors
• A variety of polyester coatings
• Anodizing – Class I, clear and bronze
• Stainless steel, titanium and copper finishes
• Reflective A-Look – Chrome and bronze
• Stone Series
• Stock colors – Bone White, Mist White, Oyster, Aluminum Gray, Mica Platinum, Champagne Metallic, Silver Metallic and Medium Bronze Metallic
• Preformulated and custom colors also available
